Why we want you

The title of this job is “Product Owner”, but only because “Fiercely Passionate Gatekeeper of The Marketing Platform for Hotels” wasn’t getting a lot of hits on LinkedIn. Essentially we’re looking for someone to nurture, improve and grow our core product with the same passion as though it was their own digital child. Your ultimate goal is to make sure our product is delivering maximum value to our customers.

Plotting the course of our product development, you are in charge of communicating, managing and prioritising the product roadmap, whilst brainstorming new features, UX testing new releases, carefully describing features, giving feedback to designers and a whole lot more (the sentence was getting too long though).

What you’ll do with us

  • Truly own the product, this means: Use it, analyse it, improve it, test it, think about it, talk about it, talk TO it, love it and dream about it

  • Drive the implementation of technology and process solutions from concept to completion

  • Act as a communication bridge between the Development and Customer Success team

  • Be the go-to-person for the Customer Success team regarding product

  • Prepare and preset the product communication package (monthly webinar, product updates etc)

  • Develop and maintain the Product roadmap

  • Monitor Platform Engagement data insights

  • Prepare and lead product and IT weekly meetings with Head of Tech and CMO

  • Be the Jira lead. Define new features and bugs.


What makes you a Champ

  • Bachelor/Master degree

  • +3 years of product ownership experience and development as well as delivery of product strategy and roadmap

  • A passion for agile, iterative development and calibrating processes

  • Tech savvy

  • Working experience with Scrum

  • Basic knowledge of PHP and HTML

  • Experience with Google Analytics

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Fluency in spoken English and excellent writing skills
