You are the saviour of our clients. You know and accept that sometimes things don’t always go perfectly in the software world, and so you are ready and able to sort it out. You will own our support pathway and be the bridge between our customer success team and developers when it comes to support.

We will look to you to keep an air of calm and make sure that our clients are not blocked from getting the value we provide to them. You deal in working software.

 

What you’ll be doing with us:

  • Lead Hotelchamp’s technical support including;

    • Owning JIRA Service Desk

    • Categorising misconfigurations, quick technical fixes and larger technical fixes and actioning appropriately

  • Manage and coordinate larger product releases;

    • Act as gatekeeper from development to our clients

    • Coordinate with your team and CS as appropriate

  • Grow the quality assurance team

    • Decrease the time that it takes for clients to feel the value we are delivering

    • Enable the Customer Success team by offering trainings on areas that produce multiple support requests

    • Create test plans to increase our level of proactivity

  • Act as the first line of technical support

  • Advise Client Success on easy fixes

  • Solve quick technical issues

  • Escalate high effort issues to our development team

  • Ensure that issues are appropriately prioritised (our Customer Success team has a top to bottom system that should make your life easier)

Requirements

What you bring to the team:


  • Experience in PHP and Javascript

  • Experience with configuration and troubleshooting Google Analytics

  • Experience with configuration and troubleshooting Google Tag Manager

  • Bonus points for an interest in and knowledge of front end or integration testing

  • PHP and Javascript skills advantage

  • Proactive mindset
