Our core product is an online platform that allows users to perform a variety of tasks – from designing functional widgets to pulling reports, viewing analytics and managing their marketing, Hotelchamp puts a lot of varied functionality into the hands of hoteliers. Your mission with us is to make the workflow of these things more convenient and more effective for our users. You will fill the gap between tech and customer and deftly balance your commitment to our customer with the interests of our business.
As UX Designer at Hotelchamp you will play a key role in driving our product to a new stage in it’s life. We’re not talking about just testing button colours and CTA texts – you’ll be making fundamental changes to make sure our product works well, looks lovely and feels awesome to use. As a core member of the product team, you’ll work closely with the client success team and developers to create concepts, designs, user flows and helping us iterate to awesomeness.
What you’ll do with us
Fully be responsible for the user experience in the Hotelchamp platform
Be responsible for collecting user feedback and conducting user research to identify the insight and the “Why” to our design
Showcase design solutions for complex problems using UI models, user stories, wireframes, storyboards, visual mockups, and prototypes
Manage the design process by setting people’s expectations and driving decisions
Be part of the product team – working closely together with the development team and product owner
Collaborate with developers to iterate on and refine the existing experience
Take ownership of the company’s golden design standards
Report directly to the Founder & CMO of Hotelchamp
