Overview of the role:

As an Account Executive at Hotelchamp, your main role is to drive sales growth by reaching out to potential clients through outbound efforts and qualified inbound leads. You'll conduct compelling product demonstrations, build strong customer relationships, and negotiate deals to exceed sales targets. Your market research and intense collaboration with our customer success team will ensure successful onboarding and high customer satisfaction, contributing to Hotelchamp’s overall success.


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound sales activities, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking, to generate and qualify leads.

  • Utilize/optimize our consultative sales approach to understand client needs and present tailored solutions using Hotelchamp's suite of products.

  • Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our solutions, addressing client pain points effectively.

  • Revenue Target Achievement: Consistently achieve quarterly revenue targets through client retention, expansion, and growth, while effectively forecasting and managing your pipeline.

  • Driving a strong collaboration with Hotelchamp’s customer success team to ensure a smooth handover of new clients and facilitate their successful onboarding. Create real advocates helping you to scale business (peer-to-peer selling).

  • Use data - accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and progress from the CRM system - to understand and scale business opportunities.

  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to effectively position Hotelchamp's offerings in the market.


Job requirements

This is you:

  • You have a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Business, Communication or other relevant fields.

  • You have 2+ years of relevant experience in business development in a SaaS company within the hospitality business. 

  • A real energetic entrepreneur, a startup mindset, with a proven track record in outbound sales and lead generation.

  • International market scaling experience.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage prospects and build a strong customer relationship with them

  • Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service and value to clients.

  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to address client challenges and tailor solutions accordingly.

  • Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic sales environment

  • Having the skill to quickly terminate a sales process if it proves to be inopportune.

  • Self-motivated, and driven to succeed, you love winning and helping customers achieve their goals.

  • Fluent in English & German with outstanding written and verbal communication skills. 

  • Knowledge of the hospitality tech industry and familiarity with hoteliers' pain points is a plus.
