Your role at Hotelchamp

Our hearts beat for our customers. If your energy is at its peak when you see your customers succeed (we love our customers’ reviews > https://hoteltechreport.com/marketing/direct-booking-tools/hotelchamp), then you are in the right spot. In this role you will be taking ownership of clients in the German, Austrian and Swiss market. You ensure that our customers receive high quality support, by onboarding, training and guiding them through their journey with the Hotelchamp platform and products. Your primary focus will be:

  • Manage the whole customer journey for your clients from onboarding to continued success

  • Maintain a deep understanding of the product and speak with customers about the most relevant features for them to maximize their outcomes

  • Take responsibility for customer retention by conducting regular check-in calls, clients workshops or strategic business reviews

  • Identify opportunities for expansion and educate about additional Hotelchamp products

  • Engage in internal product discussions, translating customer usage and feedback into actionable insights and feature ideas

Job requirements

What you bring to the team

  • This role is open for graduates as well as individuals from other industries

  • A degree or experience in SaaS and hospitality let’s our ❤️  beat faster

  • Prior experience in a client-facing role is a big plus

  • Experience in eCommerce and working with Google Analytics

  • You speak German at a native level and your oral and written English skills are excellent
