Your Role
As a Customer Success Manager for the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), you will play a key role in building strong client relationships and ensuring they get the most value from our solutions. You will be responsible for guiding clients through the onboarding process, providing strategic advice, and acting as a trusted partner for ongoing success.
In this role, you will work closely with the sales, product, and support teams to align client needs with business goals. Your insights will help shape product development and ensure that Hotelchamp continues to meet the evolving needs of our clients.
What You’ll Be Doing
Manage the entire customer journey, from onboarding to long-term success.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular check-ins and strategy sessions.
Provide tailored advice and training to help clients maximize the benefits of our platform.
Act as the voice of the customer internally, working with product and development teams to address client needs.
Identify opportunities for growth and advise clients on additional solutions that could enhance their business.
Job requirements
What You’ll Bring
Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in SaaS or hospitality.
Strong understanding of e-commerce and Google Analytics is a plus.
Native-level German and excellent English communication skills.
Strategic thinker with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a dynamic, international team.
