Job description

As a Sales Engineer at Hotelchamp, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our sales and product teams. Your technical expertise and understanding of client needs will drive successful product demonstrations and integrations, ensuring a seamless experience for our hotel partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Demonstrations: Lead engaging product demos, showcasing the value and capabilities of Hotelchamp's solutions to potential clients.​

  • Technical Consultation: Address technical inquiries during the sales process, providing clear and concise explanations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.​

  • Discovery & Integration Planning: Conduct thorough technical discovery sessions to understand clients' systems, needs, and integration requirements, ensuring our solutions align perfectly with their existing infrastructure.​

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a liaison between sales, product, and customer success teams to facilitate smooth pre- and post-sales handovers.​

  • Customer Feedback Loop: Collaborate with product and engineering teams by sharing customer feedback to help prioritize product improvements.​

  • Onboarding Support: Assist with onboarding clients, especially those with complex setups, including system configurations and basic integration support.​

  • Project Management: Manage and assist with website projects and rollouts, ensuring timely and successful delivery.

Job requirements

  • Technical Know-How: While you don’t need a background in software development, some technical experience is essential. Your ability and motivation are just as important as quickly understanding and working with software solutions.

  • Software Experience: Familiarity with running other technologies and software systems is advantageous.​

  • Presales or Project Management Experience: Proven experience in presales activities or project management within a tech environment.​

  • Communication Skills: Excellent ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms to diverse audiences.​

  • Flexibility: Comfortable working in a remote setting with the option for hybrid arrangements.
